Our project

The purpose of our project is to implement an Emotional Education programme which will comprise in a cohesive and transversal manner the whole educational process of our students, starting in Early Childhood until the end of Primary Education.We expect the intensive work on these aspects will have a positive effect on the emotional aspects of our students as well as improving their coexistence in school while at the same time contributing to an improvement in their academic results as well as the development of the competencies.

The objectives of this project are as follows:

• Recognise and understand one´s own emotions, feelings and moods, as well as those of others.
• Express feelings and emotions using different languages: verbal, gestural, body, artistic and musical.
• Value and respect one´s own feelings and emotions as well as those of others by developing non-discriminating attitudes.
• Establish emotional bonds with peers and with adults.
• Develop strategies to control one´s own emotions.
• Acquire the social abilities needed to help others, cooperate and work in teams.
